On September 11, 2026 Experience Jiangsu for Multinational Companies: Conference on International Exchange of Yancheng Zero-Carbon Industrial Parks kicked off in Yancheng. Yan Hanping, Secretary of the CPC Yancheng Municipal Committee, delivered a speech. Jens Martin Alsbirk, Consul-General of Consulate General of Denmark in Shanghai, attended the event. Wu Wei, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Yancheng Municipal Committee and Acting Mayor, gave a special investment promotion presentation. Wu Haiyun, Deputy Director of the Department of Commerce of Jiangsu Province, introduced relevant policies and measures of Jiangsu. Huang Hua, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Yancheng Municipal Committee, was present at the conference.
Centered on the theme of “Embrace the Green Commitment to Empower a Zero-Carbon Future”, the event drew representatives from Fortune Global 500 enterprises, multinationals, leading green and low-carbon companies as well as heads of chambers of commerce and associations from more than 20 countries and regions worldwide.
Guests at the conference spoke highly of the sound momentum of Yancheng’s new energy industry and remarkable progress in building the zero-carbon industrial park, and expressed full confidence in Yancheng’s future development. Enterprise representatives including Zhu Gongshan, Chairman of GCL (Group) Holding Co., Ltd.; Julien Roy, Chief Strategy Officer & Head of Asia‑Pacific Investment, Malteurop; Gu Xufeng, Co-General Manager of CP Industrial Capital Management Co., Ltd.; Hu Xiaohui, Vice President and Regional Sales GM, Smart Infrastructure Siemens Ltd., China, took the floor in succession. They unanimously expressed readiness to deeply engage in the development of Yancheng Zero-Carbon Industrial Park, facilitate the pooling of more high-quality resources and factors in Yancheng, and inject fresh impetus into the city’s green and low-carbon development. Major application scenarios for the construction of Yancheng Zero-Carbon Industrial Park were unveiled at the event, and 25 cooperation projects were signed successfully on site.
