Recently, the "Overall Plan for Land and Space in Yancheng City (2021-2035)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan") was officially approved by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government. The finalization of the "Plan" marks a significant milestone in the planning and construction of Yancheng, outlining a beautiful blueprint for the high-quality development of Yancheng in the new era and laying a solid foundation.

The "Plan" clearly defines Yancheng City as an "advanced manufacturing highland on the north wing of the Yangtze River Delta, a gateway to the Huaihe River ecological and economic belt, and a green and livable international wetland city"; the urban goal vision is "international wetland, coastal green city"; and the development positioning is "a city of green manufacturing, a city of green energy, a city of green ecology, and a city of green livability".
