On August 11, Yancheng Municipal Government signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Goldwind Science & Technology Corporation in Yancheng. The two parties aim to fully leverage the comparative advantages of both sides, accelerate the development of the new energy industry, and jointly promote green and low-carbon transition. Zhou Bin, the Party Secretary  of CPC Yancheng Municipal Committee, and Wu Gang, the Party Secretary and Chairman of Goldwind, both delivered speeches. Jiangsu Provincial Energy Bureau and Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Department congratulated the signing of the agreement and dispatched representatives to provide on-site guidance.
