From June 16 to 25, the 16th Special Olympics World Summer Games were held in Berlin, Germany, with more than 7,000 athletes from about 190 member organizations competing in 26 sports. The Chinese Special Olympic table tennis team, composed of 6 athletes and 1 coach from our city, fought hard and bravely in 9 final events and achieved 5 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 1 bronze medals.
