On the morning of August 4, the unveiling ceremony of the Talent Training Base of Shanghai Maritime University and Yancheng Port Group for Industry-Education Integrated Development was held. Li Zhipeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of Shanghai Maritime University, and Fei Jian, Member of the Standing Committee of Yancheng Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Organization Department attended and delivered speeches.

Fei Jian introduced Yancheng’s good economic development, unique ecological resources, promising employment platform and favorable talent environment. Li Zhipeng introduced the teaching staff, professional construction and personnel training of Shanghai Maritime University. He said that Shanghai Maritime University will carry out the training of professionals in short supply for Yancheng Port Group, and carry out training in port and supply chain development, smart port construction, port and shipping logistics, port and free trade zones in combination with the group’s future development plan.
