On the morning of Mar. 5th,the first session of the thirteenth National People’s Congress opened inBeijing. Mayor Dai Yuan as well as other 8 representatives went to Beijing toattend the meeting. All of the representatives have agreed to earnestly followthe 19th National Congress spirit as well as Xi Jinping’s Thought onSocialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and will bring the people’sthoughts to the Congress.
