On April 28th, the municipal government held the first plenary meeting to implement the decisions of the 7th Municipal Congress and Municipal “two Sessions”, and to deploy the major tasks of the new government. The mayor, Dai Tuan, attended the meeting and addressed a speech, requesting that all leadership members and departments to implement the new development philosophy from in an all-around way. Based on the deployment and requirement by the provincial and municipal committee, and provincial government, the municipal government should increase working standards and improve administrative efficiency and capability, in order to ensure the completion of annual tasks and targets and entrance of a new phase with innovative reform, pragmatic and active work.
