From November 16th to 18th, Mayor Yan Hanping led a delegation to Shenzhen for investment promotion and investigation. He presided over the 2025 Yancheng (Pearl River Delta) Digital Economy Industry Investment Promotion Conference, which was to fully implement the guiding principle of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. Centering on planning the development of the digital economy during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, at the conference many entrepreneurs renewed friendship and drew up development blueprints. This will provide stronger support for Yancheng to cultivate and expand the scale of digital economy, build a higher-level green industrial system, and create a new model of green and low-carbon development.

Yan Hanping stated that Yancheng will always uphold the philosophy of offering the best services for industrial projects and all that’s needed for better development of enterprises, and continuously optimize the Yellow Sea Pearl Talent Program and the special action plan for high-quality industrial development. With the greatest sincerity, best services, and most preferential policies, Yancheng will serve as the strongest backing for enterprises to grow and expand, enabling the twin-city agreement between Yancheng and Shenzhen to yield more fruitful results.
