Yan Hanping, male, Han ethnicity,born in November 1974, holds a postgraduate degree and a Doctor of Economics. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and currently serves as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Yancheng Municipal Committee, Mayor of Yancheng Municipal People’s Government and the Secretary of the Leading Party Members’Group of Yancheng Municipal People’s Government.
