On January 9, the opening ceremony of Yancheng Sub-Center  of National Eastern Tech-Transfer Center and the launching ceremony of the “Nonstop train” Event of Shanghai-Yancheng technological achievements were successfully held, with Wang Zhen, Party Secretary of Shanghai Science and Technology Exchange Centre (SSTEC), and Qi Congfeng, Vice Mayor of Yancheng, attending and delivering speeches.

Qi Congfeng said that the opening of Yancheng Sub-Center is a key move to deepen the scientific and technological cooperation between Shanghai and Yancheng, and also a vivid exploration of the implementation of the reform of the national science and technology system, which will effectively promote the in-depth integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation, and provide an important opportunity for Yancheng to undertake the spillover of Shanghai’s building of “five centers”, actively participate in the construction of the Yangtze River Delta Technological Innovation Community, and becomethe pioneer in low-carbon development in new quality productive forces base.
