On the morning of August 25, Zhou Bin, Party Secretary of the CPC Yancheng Municipal Committee, met with the gold medal winner of the Paris Olympics Hao Ting who have won glory for Yancheng. Zhou Bin welcomed the winner back, extended warm congratulations and sincere regards and conveyed heartfelt greetings to all comrades of the sports sector citywide.

During the 33^rd Summer Olympic Games which took place in Paris, Yancheng’s Hao Ting, together with her teammates in medal for Chinese rhythmic gymnasts, created history to win the country’s first Olympic group all-around gold medal.  

On behalf of the CPC Yancheng Municipal Committee, Yancheng Municipal People’s Congress, Yancheng Municipal People’s Government, CPPCC Yancheng Committee and Yancheng people, Zhou Bin expressed his congratulations to her and gratitude to her families and coach for their effort. At the Olympic Games, Hao Ting has shown her endeavor and the gold medal showcases her hard work through all these years, which embodies the spirit of Yancheng people in the new era. He hoped she could cherish this honor and make persistent efforts to improve performance in training and competitions both at home and abroad.
