Recently, under the supervision of Yancheng Customs, 4,209 vehicles successfully cleared customs from Dafeng Port Area of Yancheng Port and were sent to more than 30 countries and regions along the Belt and Road. This is the first time that the automobile ro-ro export business in Dafeng Port Area of Yancheng Port has exceeded 20,000 vehicles in a single year. Up till now, Yancheng Waterway Port has exported 22,988 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 22.86%.

In order to ensure the rapid customs clearance of local car companies at Dafeng Port Area of Yancheng Port, Yancheng Customs investigated local enterprises, unblocked the communication channels between enterprises and Yancheng Customs, and helped export enterprises solve the difficulties encountered in customs clearance supervision. We will implement the action of “strengthening the country through smart customs”, promote the construction of “smart customs”, rely on the informational system and platform, promote the information sharing and data interaction with ports, terminals and logistics agents, ensure the seamless connection of export vehicle transportation, port collection and loading, and move the “seaport” to the “doorstep”.
