Zhang Mingkang, together with Gou Fengcheng, the member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Committee and the executive vice mayor, as well as the directors of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, the Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, and the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau, answered the questions on issues such as the construction of (near) zero-carbon industrial parks, building a comprehensive energy security base, developing new-quality productive forces based on local conditions, wetland protection and restoration, vigorously developing the marine economy, serving and promoting the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, ensuring stable grain production and supply, and achieving high-quality and full employment.
