On the afternoon of April 10, Party Secretary Zhou Bin went to the parks and enterprises to investigate the development of export economy. He stressed that they should firmly grasp the primary task of high-quality development, strengthen the awareness of opening up, expand the opening platform, broaden the opening channel, actively serve and integrate into the new development pattern, strive to achieve new breakthroughs in foreign investment and foreign trade, and expand new space for high-quality development with a high level of opening up.

Aunde Automotive Textiles (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. and Sungwoo Hitech (Yancheng) Co., Ltd. are German and South Korean enterprises, which have deeply rooted in the automotive industry in Yancheng for nearly 20 years. Zhou Bin walked into the workshop to investigate the production, asked about and listened to the operation and business, and  had in-depth exchanges with the head of the enterprise from time to time, in order to have detailed understanding of production and sales, technology research and development,  enterprise services, etc. He thanked the enterprises for their contribution to the development of Yancheng, encouraged enterprises to further play a leading role in the forefront of  trend of scientific and technological development, increase investment in scientific and technological research and development and equipment update, and constantly expand production capacity and enhance core competitiveness. The enterprises were also encourage to strengthen cooperation with local companies, attract more upstream and downstream supporting enterprises, and jointly build a better and stronger industrial chain.

 In the investigation, Zhou Bin pointed out that expanding the high level of opening up is the meaning of developing new quality productive forces. We should grasp the opportunities of expanding the opening up, enhancing the attractiveness of the domestic market, and gradual transition of foreign enterprises, to gather all kinds of resources and elements, continuously enlarge the green and low-carbon brand advantages, and promote the coordinated development of domestic demand and foreign demand, export and import, “bring in” and “go out”.
