Zhang Mingkang, male, Han ethnicity, was born in July 1973. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a bachelor’sdegree.

 

Duties

The mayor is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operations of the municipal government. His responsibilities include the following areas: 

-        Planning;

-        Auditing;

-        The people’s armed forces.

 

He supervises the following government offices and department:

-        General Office of Yancheng Municipal People’s Government;

-        Research Office of Yancheng Municipal People’s Government；

-        Yancheng Municipal Audit Bureau.
